The Bridge Institute also has a number of native English speaking teaching staff, some of whom have taught at Thailand’s leading private English language institutes and been involved in IELTS testing. As native English speakers who understand the requirements of the IELTS test, these teachers concentrate on improving speaking skills. Solid Academic Approach
The Bridge Institute offers a course curriculum devised by Mr. John Vaughan, a British academic based in the United Kingdom. A former visiting professor at Chulalongkorn University, Mr. Vaughan previously taught at the University of Leeds and offers a wealth of academic experience. He has previously been ‘Module Leader’ providing professional development skills for PhD candidates at the Centre for Advanced Studies in Finance (CASIF) http://www.casif.leeds.ac.uk/, and ‘Dissertation Supervisor’ for MBA students. He has 25 years in Senior Management roles in English as a Foreign Language in Japan, Europe and the Middle East and has worked in a range of executive positions in commerce and industry, and government positions. |
